White Oats

Ingredients: Rolled oats, Oat bran.

Fibrous and tasty Fruitoman’s White Oats is just the perfect way to kick start your day. Add it in porridge, soup, cookies, cakes, biscuits, puddings etc and give your favourite food a touch of good health.

PORRIDGE  (Serves 2)- Into two cups boiling water, add a pinch of salt (optional). Stir in 1 cup Fruitoman,s  White Oats. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with sugar and milk, cream or other flavourings.
SOUP  Make soup as usual; then add 1 tablespoon  Fruitoman,s  White Oats for each cup of soup. Boil again for 5 minutes or longer.
OAT HEALTH DRINK  Soak one cup Fruitoman,s  White Oats in 2 cups water for several hours. Strain and add 4 to 8 tablespoon of this liquid to a glass of water, milk or fruit juice. Add any flavouring of your choice and  sweeten to taste.
