Palada Payasam Mix

Ideal for making Palada Payasam with the same lip-smacking, traditional taste which your grandmother would have once prepared for you!


Ingredients: Sugar, Refined Wheat flour (ada), Milk solids, Clarified Butter, Cardamom.

How to prepare:

1 Take a vessel and roast desired amount of raisins and cashew nuts in ghee. Transfer the roasted cashews & raisins to a bowl.

2 Boil 1 litre of milk in the same vessel. Add the content of 200g Fruitoman’s Palada Payasam Mix.

3 Stir continuously on low flame for about 20 to 25 minutes till fully cooked. Add the  roasted raisins & cashew nuts. Serve hot.
