Mango pulp is used in confectionary or desserts and as toppings. For milkshake or refreshment, add one part mango pulp to two parts chilled water and one

part chilled milk or three parts chilled water in a blender. Add sugar as required and blend properly

Mangoes are gathered from the orchards during season, cleanded, de-skinned and the pulp extracted through state-of-the art processing. Used for preparing juices, milk shakes and souffles.
