Gulab Jamun Mix
Prepare delicious gulab jamuns as dessert and delight your family members and guests.
Ingredients: Maida, Milk solids, Edible Vegetable Fat, Raising agent (E500), Acidity Regulator (E296).
How to prepare
1 Add 1/4 measure of water gradually to one measure of Fruitoman’sGulabJamun Mix and knead gently into smooth dough. Set aside for 5 minutes.
2 Apply ghee/oil in both palms, then shape the dough into small balls.
3 Deep fry the balls in oil/ghee over a low flame until golden brown. Drain the excess oil in a strainer.
4 Soak the GulabJamun in hot sugar syrup (20 minutes) until they completely absorb the syrup and serve.
Tip: Ensure the correct frying temperature of the oil/ghee by dropping a small ball into it, so that it rises slowly to the surface and gives complete cooking from inside.
