Gelatine is used by top class Bakeries for making marshmallow, souffle, mousse etc. Gelatine acts as a stabiliser, making ice creams creamy. It is also used as a preservative to keep meat fresh.

Ingredients: Gelatine – animal origin, Food grade


Direction for dissolving gelatine: Soak gelatine with equal quantity of cold water for 30 minutes. Add warm water and stir till it dissolves. Total water to be added as per the respective recipe.
