Garam Masala

Ideal for preparing tasty dal curry, samosas, vadas, kachoris and meat dishes

 

Ingredients: Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Cinnamon, Ginger, Pepper, Fennel Seed, Long Pepper, Black Cardamom, Caraway and Salt.

Serving suggestions
1. Saute one sliced onion in a saucepan by taking one teaspoon of  olive oil in a saucepan and heat it. Add 2 small bits of crushed  garlic until the mixture turns golden brown.

  1. Add 2 teaspoons (20g) of Fruitoman’sGaram masala and 350 g of Fruitoman’s Tomato puree to the golden brown mixture and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes.
  2. Next add 300 g of mixed vegetables of your liking along with 300 ml of water, salt and chillies to perk up the taste. Cook for  20-25 minutes. Then add crushed Fruitoman’sKasurimethi and 20 ml of fresh cream.
  3. Serve hot with naan or paratha.

Fruitoman’sGaram Masala can also be used to prepare dal, samosa,  potato, vada, kachori and all kinds of veg & non-veg dishes.
