Ideal for preparing tasty dal curry, samosas, vadas, kachoris and meat dishes
Ingredients: Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Cinnamon, Ginger, Pepper, Fennel Seed, Long Pepper, Black Cardamom, Caraway and Salt.
1. Saute one sliced onion in a saucepan by taking one teaspoon of olive oil in a saucepan and heat it. Add 2 small bits of crushed garlic until the mixture turns golden brown.
- Add 2 teaspoons (20g) of Fruitoman’sGaram masala and 350 g of Fruitoman’s Tomato puree to the golden brown mixture and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes.
- Next add 300 g of mixed vegetables of your liking along with 300 ml of water, salt and chillies to perk up the taste. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Then add crushed Fruitoman’sKasurimethi and 20 ml of fresh cream.
- Serve hot with naan or paratha.
Fruitoman’sGaram Masala can also be used to prepare dal, samosa, potato, vada, kachori and all kinds of veg & non-veg dishes.
