Egg Noodles

   Ingredients: Wheat flour, Salt, Egg Powder.

 

How to Prepare: 1- Boil 1.5 litres water in a vessel and add 500g Fruitoman’s noodles to it. Cook for 2-3 min. Stir occasionally.

2- Strain noodles to remove the excess boiled water. Rinse the noodles in cold water and strain again to remove the water. Apply a tablespoon (5ml) of cooking oil and stir well to avoid noodles from sticking to each other.

3- Heat oil in a pan. Add desired ingredients and cook. Add the boiled noodles to it. Stir well and switch off the flame.
