Channa Masala
Ingredients: Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Ginger, Cinnamon, Pepper, Fennel, Turmeric, Clove, Mace, Cardamom, Mango Powder, Salt, Dehydrated Herbs, Pomogranate Powder and Psafoetida.
How to prepare
- Take 100g of chickpeas and soak in water for a whole night. Cook and keep aside.
- Take 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and heat until it simmers. Add 2 chopped onions and stir until they turn golden brown. Add Coriander Powder and Chilli Powder as desired.
- Add 1 tbsp of Fruitoman’sChanna Masala. Fry for 3 minutes on a low flame. Add a chopped tomato, slit green chillies and sliced ginger. Add the boiled chickpeas, required salt and cook for around 4-5 minutes.
- For improved flavour, add a pinch of Fruitoman’s Chat Masala and Fruitoman’sKasuriMethi.
